  This is just one of about 8 different Federal recreation sites clustered south of Rangely, CO. The site has a pit toilet, picnic table, trash dumpster, and some information about cave paintings in the area (which have apparently been vandalized and destroyed).
  The highlight of our stop was watching our dog's first encounter with a cattle guard. Initial hesitation, bold attempt at crossing, sunk up to his chest.
